So it is cute and a pretty simple chair.I had a difficult time with some of the screws. A couple didn’t fit properly and one the screwdriver didn’t fit because the hole was covered with metal.I will definitely need a support pillow behind my back. It feels sketchy when you sit down in the chair but it will just take some time to get used to.I guess it’s good for the price but I might have invested in a better chair.Love the look of the chair and it definitely needs a little accent pillow to make the back support comfortable. It looks like a really premium quality chair. My only disappointment is this: I sat in the chair and went to get up (pregnant so I used my elbow on the arm rest) and my elbow like dented the chair under the fabric which is seemingly like cardboard or something cheap ? I mean I’m pregnant but not super large and heavy. You can’t really see where it happened but I can feel it and the same thing happened with the foot rest when we used it, it dented in the top. I messaged the seller to see if they could replace the damaged items but we will see what they say. I love the look of this chair but it appears under the fabric is not the same quality as the fabric/wood appear to be. Want to love but for the price I paid may return based on this…. I could get a better quality chair for this price.UPDATE 10/2:BUY SOMETHING BETTER! Having used this with an infant for a month, it’s terrible. The back of seat started squeaking out of the blue. It slides all of the hardwood floor - I’m trying to find some type of gripper for the bottom of the rocker. Everytime I put pressure anywhere on the arms to get up it makes a dent in the arm that feels like cardboard between wood (I’m not big or heavy by any means). I love the look of this chair but overall just mad I spent this much money and should have spent the extra on a nicer one.UPDATE:10/10Do not buy. The chair has now began to squeak internally in the back seat area and it’s super loud. This thing closes around my hardwood floor and I have been trying to find something to place in the rocker bottoms for traction - but nothings worked. Chair is hard to get out of as well when you have a baby in your arms, Overall wish I would have bought a less attractive glider and didn’t waste my money on this. Very upset and about to buy a different chair. :(The color is named beige so I wasn’t expecting stark white, but it is nowhere near as light as the picture. Doesn’t match my room at all.It’s also not very comfortable either. Would definitely need a lumbar pillow but even then it’s very stiff.It was fairly easy to assemble, instructions were fine. There was one spot where there was metal blocking the screw but we were able to bend it out of the way.After a few false starts ( a piece was missing ) and I needed to contact the vendor, the ottoman has been assembled and is perfect. The design fits into my decor wonderfully, almost as if it was ordered with my furniture as a suite. It's height and size are ideal. Assembly was straightforward. I must add that their customer service is remarkable, very patient. I do recommend.Very nice rocking chair! Comes with matching ottoman. Color is a little off white but very nice. Just the way it matches our room. Comfortable to sit as well. Decent price compared to other sellers. Seems to be a water resistant as well. Happy customer!Bought this chair thinking it was resistant/reliable. I’m not even 140 pounds and the rest arms are already broken with a couple times of using it. Good design but poor quality indeed.Stylish, comfy, and easy to assemble. Looks just like the picture. We love it for our nursery.They were immediately responsive regarding the missing piece.
