Literally - this is for children size if you are getting the one with the head rest.If you are an adult - DO NOT buy the version with the headrest get the one without the headrestIt’s a perfect chair for my child in headrest version - for an adult do not get the headrest version or the headrest will be into your back get the one without it in this same listing. I will get another without headrest for myself for my office - this is his chair and perfect for himWe have four at the office. Great for the price but we did have to buy seat cushions and back supports for all though.The gas lift cylinder failed after two or three years. To be fair, I'm not a small man, and I use this chair daily. I'd love to buy a chair I don't have to replace every two years though.Bought for my wife for her work from home office and like the title says, she’s 5’6” and yet the head rest full extended reaches her mid neck. The arm rests are so low and don’t raise only fold backwards. The seat is small my wife and I slide off it. They advertise it to the point you’d think it was for adults with the 300lb weight capacity and the price and all yet you get it and assemble it and it’s something you’d give to a child for remote education…. Very very very disappointed in this chair and extremely frustrated I’ll have to go through the return process.This is one of the best office chairs for the money.And is confertble. For hours.The chair would have been fairly easy to assemble, but the "seat plate" is broken such that the chair cannot be adjusted up and down. The heavy metal rod attached to the handle is bent and cannot be fit back into place.I tried several times to contact the seller, but only get a busy signal at the number they provide, not even an opportunity to leave a message.This chair fits me like a glove I’m 5ft 3 inches and 120 pounds. Love the rocking motion and the head rest falls right where it should. A very comfortable chair and fairly easy to put together with clear directions. Wouldn’t recommend this chair for a tall or bigger person.I appreciate the arms lift and has SOME lumbar support. Nice hair and didn’t take to long to assemble
