Arrived well packaged in box. Be careful with the instructions as they’re in the same bag as the seat base. Pretty straight forward six step assembly (best part is it’s all illustrated) Assembling the back was tricky due to the odd shape, tip for that is place the seat back at an angle on table or counter corner. They include the hex key required for assembly.Very uncomfortable - cuts off circulation in the legs; but that might not be a problem for shorter people. Seems well made and sturdy otherwiseOver all very nice and you can't beat the price. You may want to have another person help you assemble. It will go much faster. It took me about 40 minutes by myself.Nice looking chair and easy to assemble. My issue is the seat tilts forward so you are constantly sliding out of it. Contacted the company and they were very good about responding but it's too much trouble to take a part and ship back. If you don't need it raised all the way up it probably wouldn't be a problem but I have a bar height desk.The assembly instruction where great the package was great the labeling was great. They even put a little semi dryer grease of each screw.Great hegiht adjustability.Excellent comfort.My manager loves this chair! Great support and comfy too!5 stars
