The chair was easy enough to install…The instructions kind of sucked, but I am an engineer, so it's not rocket science. ( I promise you) The headrest is a little tricky to install. But doable. Again, Crappy directions don't help. Like others up here, I experienced the issue with the headrest not staying in position. Being me I took it apart to take a look at the ratcheting mechanism. And figured it out pretty quickly, It's “intended” operation. To make a Long story short. Basically there's two reset positions. On each end of the furthest adjustments. Going past these positions. Will reset the headrest. So pull it all the way up to release it all the way down. Why this company did not take the time to mention this anywhere in the documentation (and yes I went to the support website and looked through everything) is beyond me. Also they link you to installation videos that have nothing to do with this specific model ( with QR codes no less, More millennial BS … ) I’m assuming because the model is newish for them. If my tard bro-in-law was installing it he would return it thinking it was defective so you can’t assume everyone has the technical understanding when you develop a product that requires consumer assembly ( for the third time.. Instructions Suck). As far as comfort Is concerned, It does the job. At a fraction of the price. The seat is not the plushest thing in the world, being mesh. But I'm here at my desk to work out problems, not to sit on my fat ass playing video games or get brainwashed into thinking I’m inadequate by social media standards unless I “click, like, and subscribe”. You want me subscribe to your bedroom or one basement apartment at your mothers’ house?Sorry I haven't had my coffee yet.I sit in my office for 10 hours a day on average, and when 2020 hit and I lost access to the company's nice chairs, I definitely felt it. I finally purchased this chair and am glad I didn't spend more. The comfort is the same and the support is better the the much more expensive chairs at the company office. I'm used to replacing stock wheels with rollerblade wheels, but the stock wheels with the chair were above average quality. My only complaint is that the height-adjustable headrest doesn't stay put--if you lean back into it much at all, it falls to the lowest setting. This isn't critical or really even necessary for the chair, but it deserves mentioningI originally purchased this chair as a trial. If it did not fit me, I was going to gift it to my son. I have a secret lab chair for work. I love that chair but that price tag is something else. This chair was 75% cheaper and did not have 30 negative reviews. Possibly because it's a "New model".Pros:1. Very comfortable, seat padding is super soft. It's like sitting on a Tempur-pedic bed. It kind of engulfs your body into the chair.2. Design is pleasing to look at, not outrageous in colors.3. The lumbar pillow is super soft as well. The massage feature is interesting, it works out of the box. Not sure I will use this feature as much.4.No rips in the leather.5. Very easy to assemble6. Fits my height perfectly. (6ft)7. Price is on point for quality and comfort.Cons:1. Not really a con just a comparison to secret lab. The box opening experience was meh. Secret lab makes the unboxing experience like opening a n64 on Christmas back in the 90s. Very visually pleasing packaging and instructions. This was just normal packaging but it got the chair here with no rips.2.Massage lumbar - Again nice feature, not sure how much ill use it. the USB cable that powers it is kind of short. It only has one setting and after about 5 minutes of use, I bundled the cable and tried to hide it. Again probably won't use this feature much as the cable will just end up in my way.3. The chair arms and chair itself seem very stable. Leaning all the way back with the seat in lay down setting. The chair feels like I will easily tip it over. If I was a heavier person, I would not be lying all the way back in this thing.Overall I dig it! Perfect replacement for the old hand-me-down computer chair I had at home. Will give it a month of action before I decided if I will buy a second one.My kids wanted a gaming chair, so I prefer great quality so that I don't have to replace it as often. Pros: The assembly was easy, just follow the directions. The massager was comfortable, just need more inches in the cord. The neck pillow, lumbar support and base seat are comfortable and again of great quality. Now for the Cons: the armrest are not comfortable and it swivels too much. Do not lean on the armrest or use them to adjust yourself in the chair; it can't lock itself into place. While laying in a170 degree angle, the armrest remain at 90 degrees leaving nowhere for you to place your arms (I could barely reach the armrest while laying back). It's a good gaming chair but not necessarily for someone who is working hard in the office or wants to recline & relax.
